GENERAL SUMMARY:
The AI Solutions Analyst is creative and technically skilled. This role involves designing, engaging and effective conversation flows for our AI-powered interfaces to enhance user experience and efficiency.
DUTIES & RESPONSBILITIES:
- Design and develop conversational AI solutions that align with our business goals and user needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers to integrate conversational AI elements into our products.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine conversational flows.
- Implement natural language processing tools to enhance the understanding and responsiveness of AI interactions.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of AI interactions, making data-driven decisions to improve functionality and user satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in conversational AI and recommend innovations.
- Works with business unit leaders to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs.
- Clearly articulates and documents business requirements.
- Manages ongoing relationship with business partners to drive satisfaction with IT
- Coordinates project delivery by participating in design reviews and walk-throughs to communicate systems designs and validate proposed solutions.
- Plans and leads the testing and validation process for enhancements, releases, hot fixes, upgrades, and implementations.
- Communicates effectively to update outside vendors, internal staff and/or executive staff.
- Serves as the subject-matter-expert for assigned areas of responsibility.
- Analytics - Measuring CAIP solution
- Is aware of market trends in CAIP products technology and application.
- Application - Agent assist and Customer facing Virtual Assistant.
- Participates in special projects to include testing, analysis and integration of internal systems and applications.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with Regulatory guidelines as commensurate with position.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, AI, Linguistics, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing AI-driven interaction systems, preferably in a financial or technology-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing and machine learning technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong user-centered design focus.
- Ability to write clear, maintainable conversation scripts.
- Experience with conversational AI platforms (Chatbots) is a plus.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

- Prior experience and ability to established and adhere to SLAs and service standards.
- Familiarity with Digital Banking products and channels - preferred
- Prior expeirnece working in an AI/ML focused role in the Banking or Financial Services industries - preferred
